  A great property, rooms are basic, though some have kitchens that are more than what I'd call "motel basic". But all rooms are done exceptionally! Frankly, who needs more than a bed or beds, table, TV, bath, fridge, microwave, A/C, heat & light. You're at the shore!
  The rooms are impeccably clean, large simple, yet well appointed. Plenty of TV channels (for those rainy days!) & Truly Wonderful owner/operators whom go above & beyond for their guests.
  You can tell they truly do love what they do & make it possible for their guest to have a nice place to stay. They take pride in their property & the experience their guests have.
  If you're looking for a place to stay & don't need to have all the frills of pools, hot tubs, spas & such (it's the beach, who needs all that?) give them a call! You will not find a cleaner, more well kept hotel with more kindly, friendly, helpful owners than this.
