  Dr Prosperi is wonderful but the staff is so unfriendly and unprofessional that I am ready to find another doctors office if things don’t change! I called to ask a simple question about billing and received an attitude the minute billing picked up the phone. Funny how the nurse told me that billing would be able to provide the cost of an office visit without health insurance but when she transferred me to billing, the girl in billing immediately had an attitude.
